At ESI we specialize in the authentic reproduction of difficult or impossible to locate parts for G&L brand guitars and basses produced between the years of 1980 and 1991.
As die hard enthusiasts of the G&L instruments, we have dissected and studied every unique feature and nuance of these fine instruments that were originally designed, manufactured and sold under the strict tutelage of three historically relevant men in the musical instrument business; Leo Fender, Dale Hyatt and George Fullerton.
Over the years, these older models have generated a small but persistent cult following and have been steadily escalating in value. Additionally, production volumes during the 1980-1991 timeframe were extremely low while variations in the product offering were substantial for such a small company. Running changes were frequent and very little off-the-shelf hardware was utilized. Consequently, as the years have gone by, finding suitable replacement parts can be a frustrating experience not to mention an expensive endeavor.
Something we at ESI are passionate and proud of is that our products be 100% made in the USA. We own and play older G&L musical instrument exclusively and we pay extra close attention to the details. You can be assured that our products will fit and function as well or even better than the originals.
